Rates, Policies, Terms and Conditions
- Rates are from £120 per night. Rates vary depending on time of year and demand.
- Age Restriction – The age restriction for this apartment is minimum age of 25 years old.
- Identification - To verify a Guest's Identification, we work with a company called SUPERHOG. When a Guest makes a booking, SUPERHOG will email the Guest and ask them to upload their ID. Once a Guest’s ID has been verified and payment made, details about how to access the apartment will be sent to the guest.
- Child policies - Children of any age are welcome.
- Check in between 3pm and 11pm
- Check out by 10.30am
- Partying at this property is not permitted and excess noise between the hours of 11 pm and 9 am is not tolerated and will also result in your security deposit been withheld and possible removal from the apartment.
- We do not facilitate Hen or Stag parties at these premises.
- Payment Schedule - 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellation Policy - All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
- Damage Protection Policy - A pre-authorization of GBP 250.00 is due 1 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure if no terms and conditions are breached.
- CCTV is present at the Property.
- We don't allow smoking in our apartment and may withhold a deposit if smoking occurs, this includes smoking out windows or on the balcony.
- We do not accept liability for any personal injury on our property.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items at our property during your stay.
- For your safety and security, there is a Ring video doorbell installed at the apartment front door. This smart doorbell is equipped with video and audio recording capabilities, designed to enhance the overall security of the property. It allows us to monitor the entrance and surroundings remotely, ensuring a safe and pleasant stay for all our guests. Please be assured that the Ring doorbell is used solely for security purposes and to provide you with a better experience during your stay.
- Noise Monitoring – We are committed to providing our guests with a peaceful and enjoyable experience during their stay. In our ongoing efforts to maintain a tranquil and respectful environment for all, we have implemented a state-of-the-art noise monitoring system called Minut.
- What is Minut? Minut is a discreet and innovative noise monitoring solution that helps us ensure a comfortable atmosphere for all our guests. This system helps us monitor noise levels within our property to prevent disturbances and promote a relaxing stay for everyone.
- How does Minut Work? The Minut noise monitor operates by analysing the volume of sounds within the property. It does not record conversations or specific sounds; rather, it measures noise levels in general terms. The data collected is used solely for the purpose of ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.
- We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
- In the event that noise levels exceed a reasonable limit, our team will be alerted, and we may reach out to you to kindly remind you of our noise policies.
- The Minut noise monitor does not invade your personal space or compromise your privacy in any way. We are dedicated to providing a safe and respectful environment for all our guests and neighbours.
Once payments are made access instructions will be sent via what's app or email prior to arrival.
It is important a Guest upload's their information to SUPERHOG and this information is verified by SUPERHOG 3 days in advance of the stay, otherwise we have the right to cancel the booking.
If SUPERHOG are unable to verify a Guest's ID, we have the right to cancel a booking (with any monies paid by the guest to the Harbour View Apartment being fully refunded).
